Nordic Hotel Forum has 258 guest rooms in various categories. All rooms are spacious and elegantly designed, guaranteeing that even the most demanding of customers are satisfied . The hotel has special rooms for disabled guests and for guests with allergies. All rooms include: air conditioning, LCD TV set, SAT TV, direct dial phone, safe, mini-bar, hairdryer and free Wi-Fi.

The conference centre is located on the 2nd floor and offers 7 multifunctional conference and meeting halls. The rooms can be used to hold meetings, conferences, press conferences, company parties and weddings. All rooms are equipped with the state-of-the-art technical equipment: overhead projector, beamer, DVD/VCR, screen, microphone system, built-in simultaneous translation equipment (conference room Sirius), free Wi-Fi, flipchart and markers.
Conference centre is equipped with mobile virus control devices produced by the Finnish firm Genano, which removes nano particles, bacteria, and viruses from the air. As an additional safety measure, hotel and conference center guests are offered wearable air purifiers Respiray, developed in Estonia. They use UV technology to purify 99% of the air to be breathed in and direct the purified air in the direction of the mouth and nose of the wearer,
