Join the Exclusive “Meet Estonia” 2025 Fam Trip!

The Estonian Convention Bureau and Visit Estonia invite international meeting and event planners to experience Estonia like never before on our “Meet Estonia” Fam Trip from April 9-11, 2025, with optional post-tours on April 12th!

Discover Estonia’s top meeting venues, premium hotels, and unforgettable social programs. You’ll connect with key players in the Estonian meeting industry, explore unique venues, and enjoy a stay in one of Tallinn’s finest hotels—all on us! The trip covers return economy flights, accommodation, transportation, the full ground program, and meals, courtesy of the Estonian Tourist Board.

Preliminary Programme & Registration

On Wednesday, April 9, guests will arrive and dive into Tallinn’s medieval history with an interactive city game or a captivating Old Town tour, finishing the day with an immersive medieval dinner.

Thursday, April 10 begins with a refreshing morning run , followed by insights into Estonia’s digital society with a startup visit. Attendees will tour top venues and hotels, explore the trendy Rotermann District, and enjoy a private tram tour. The day ends creatively at Telliskivi Creative City with stops at Fotografiska, Stella Soomlais, and Juniperium, capped by a networking reception at Proto Invention Factory.

On Friday, April 11, guests will get a final chance to explore Tallinn’s best venues and hotels, share a farewell lunch, and say goodbye – or continue their journey with optional post-tours.

The full programme and registration will open on January 14, 2025, and stay open until January 31, 2025.
