13.05-13.35 Visit to Cruise Terminal and Ocean 11 Restaurant. The modern cruise terminal at Old City Harbour transforms a once-inaccessible port into an inviting urban space. Its 850-meter promenade connects the seafront with the Culture Kilometer trail, offering stunning views. Designed for sustainability, the terminal is powered by Nordic-adapted solar panels and marine energy. Holding a Green Key environmental label, it accommodates around 1,400 people and serves as a versatile venue for events.
13.50-14.30 Visit to Tallinn Creative Hub
This industrial-looking historic building used to be a boiler house for a power plant and its 700-square-metre boiler room still contains two giant boilers, which played an important role in the history of Tallinn Power Plant. Parts of the complex – the boiler house, the gas storage, the trestle, and the brick chimney – are under protection as cultural heritage. Today, Tallinn Creative Hub operates as a multifunctional event centre, where different concerts, exhibitions, conferences, and workshops take place.
14.40-15.20 Visit to Estonian Maritime Museum Seaplane Harbour and Coffee break. The Seaplane Harbour is home to Tallinn’s unique seaplane hangars, as well as the historic Lembit submarine, numerous boats, yachts, and naval artillery. In 2012, the facility opened as the most exciting maritime museum in Northern Europe. The indoor venue is available for rent for conference gala dinners, receptions and other events.
15.30-15.55 Visit to Proto Invention Factory & Nobel Hall
Proto Invention Factory is located in the historic Noblessner Port Area, originally a submarine factory set up in 1912 by oil baron Emanuel Nobel (of the famed Nobel family) and businessman Arthur Lessner. The newly-decommissioned facilities have now been transformed into one of Tallinn’s most rapidly-developing commercial and leisure areas, and are particularly popular among organisers looking for an edgy, off-beat venue close to the city centre.
16.00-16.50 Visit to Põhjala Tap Room. Brief brewery tour and beer tasting and snacks.

10.00-10.20 Visit to Kalev Maiasmokk Café Marzipan Room. The story of one of the oldest cafes in Tallinn, which has continuously been operating ever since, began in 1864. The unique interior of the first floor has remained unchanged for more than 100 years.
There is a marzipan room where one can learn about marzipan history, visit the exhibition of marzipan figures and observe the process of marzipan painting.
10.30-11.00 Visit to Medieval style Olde Hansa Restaurant. Restaurant Olde Hansa offers a medieval experience in the heart of the Old Town of Tallinn. It is the home of a rich merchant, whose guests enjoy delicious, authentic Hansa-era meals and drinks, authentic period music, and friendly service. 12.15-12.45 Visit to PoCo Pop-Art Gallery. PoCo is a global museum of pop-art. The exhibition includes Warhol, Banksy, Koons, Lichtenstein, Haring, Hirst, Hockney, Basquiat, Kusama, Newton and other big names. PoCo offers pop-art classics but always surprises with something new.

16.30-17.15 Visit to Arvo Pärt Center This arcitectural masterpiece is dedicated to the life and work of Estonia`s most famous composer, Arvo Pärt. The goal of the Arvo Pärt Centre is to preserve and explore the creative heritage of the composer in Estonia. The building includes a personal archive, a library, a 150-seat auditorium, an exhibition hall, a video room, and classrooms. Workshops and concerts are organized there as well.
17.30-17.45 Welcome at the LaSpa Hotel, check-in, brief visit to the conference center. Hotel LaSpa is nestled among the sandy beaches and pine forests of Laulasmaa. - This fam trip is fully hosted by Visit Estonia / Enterprise Estonia, including ferry tickets, overnight accommodation, meals, transfers and the ground programme.
- Travel to and from the departure port, travel insurance and extras are not included (mini bar, telephone calls, etc.)
- It is the participant’s own responsibility to arrange travel insurance that sufficiently covers the whole period of the fam trip.
- This registration is not a guaranteed participation. Unfortunately, the spots are limited, therefore, it might be the case we are not able to welcome you. We will contact you by email to confirm your participation.
- Due to the limited number of places, only one representative of each company can participate in the fam trip. For the same reason, accompanying persons cannot be accepted.
- We reserve the right to change or modify the programme
- Whilst every care will be taken to ensure your safety, Estonian Convention Bureau and Visit Estonia as well as the other organisers involved in this trip are not responsible for any accident, injury, loss of personal property or food allergy reactions during the trip.
- We will share your organisation and contact details with our partners so they can reach out to you after the FAM trip. Please let us know before the FAM trip if you have any objections.
- If you have to cancel the trip and the ferry ticket is already issued, you will be charged the cost of the flight ticket
