ECB releases guidelines for organizing safe events
With restrictions in Estonia expected to be progressively loosened in the coming weeks, the Estonian Convention Bureau has authored a set of model guidelines for organizing events that are safe and as infection-free as possible once public gatherings get the go-ahead.
The guidelines include the main health and safety measures that event organizers, venues and other partners should think about, and lays out recommendations for booking a space, what information to share with participants, how to arrange catering, and considerations for the organizing team and speakers.
The materials were prepared based on Estonian cabinet and Health Board instructions and requirements and best international practices. They can be used as a template for rules and protocols for your own events.
For more information that come up in the course of organizing events, don’t hesitate to contact the ECB, your partner for conferences, corporate functions and other events in Estonia.
