Iconic Linnahall turning into Estonia’s largest conference centre
Amazing news – Tallinn is getting a large international conference centre!
The City of Tallinn, shipping line Tallink Group AS and private investment group Infortar AS have signed a joint letter of intent to develop the City Hall (Linnahall) into an 5000-seat international conference and concert centre with a harbour, hotel and a business centre of its own.
The City of Tallinn will hold a 34 percent stake, with Tallink and Infortar together holding 33 percent, under the plans. The total estimated project cost is approximately €300 million.
