ISSEI Brunch – First Nikkei brunch in Tallinn!

ISSEI Restaurant & Bar, located on the 24th floor of Radisson Collection Hotel, Tallinn invites you to brunch every Sunday! It is a great opportunity to explore Nikkei cuisine – each dish on the brunch table is inspired by the flavors and colors of Japan and Peru. During the summer season, you can enjoy brunch on the city’s highest open-air terrace.

Nikkei cuisine is a true culinary art form, where every ingredient, flavor, color, and texture is carefully chosen and perfectly balanced. It brings together two distinct culinary traditions – the precision, purity, and traditional cooking techniques of Japan with the vibrant flavors and spices of Peru. The result is dishes that are not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious.

The brunch menu offers a rich selection of appetizers and desserts, while main courses are served individually to each guest based on their choice. Guests can enjoy a variety of signature dishes from Nikkei cuisine, including guacamole with crispy gyoza chips, quinoa salad, kinoa korokke, a selection of maki and nigiri sushi, the true ISSEI hit – noritakos, and a variety of fresh ceviches and tiraditos. Peruvian street food-inspired snacks such as yuca fries, Padron peppers, crispy corn, and patacones will definitely add color and spice to the table. The table also features traditional Peruvian meat or fish skewers (Anticuchos), prepared on a Japanese grill and complemented with suitable sauces and citrusy nuances.

The main course can be chosen from several Nikkei-style options – whether it is almon rocoto teriyaki, yakimeshi with anticuchos, scallop & mussel suado, or vegetable tempura with ponzu sauce, which is also perfect for vegetarians. The brunch ends with an elegant selection of ISSEI handmade sweets.
