Plan Your 2025 Conference in Tallinn with Financial Support from the City
Looking to host an international conference in Tallinn? The city is offering financial support of up to €30,000 per conference to help boost its reputation as a conference destination, increase overnight stays by international delegates, and balance tourism across the year.

- November 10, 2025
Applications can be submitted throughout the year, but these dates mark the points when collected applications will be reviewed. Remember: your application must be submitted at least 60 days before the conference and no more than 12 months prior to the event date.
Eligibility Criteria
The funding is available for conferences that:
- Take place in Tallinn within 12 months of application submission.
- Occur between October 1 and April 30 (off-peak tourism season).
- Have a program lasting at least two consecutive days with a minimum of 4 hours of content per day.
- Host international delegates from at least two foreign countries.
- Meet the required minimum number of international delegates:
- At least 75 participants for conferences held in January, February, or March.
- At least 120 participants for conferences held in April, October, November, or December.
Eligible Expenses
Support can only be used to cover specific conference-related costs, including:
- Venue rental fees.
- Technical services for in-person conferences (e.g., presentation equipment, translation services).
- Marketing materials promoting Tallinn as the conference destination.
- Activities introducing local culture and the city.
- Cultural and entertainment programs for one reception event (e.g., local performers, catering).
- Conference management services (e.g., budgeting, reporting).
