The 47th International Forestry Students’ Symposium (IFSS) took place in Tartu
The International Forestry Students’ Symposium (IFSS) is the biggest annual IFSA (International Forestry Students’ Association) event. The symposium provides an opportunity to the students to exchange knowledge and share interests while participating in a range of forestry activities.
This year the 47th IFSS took place in Tartu, Estonia. 95 students from all over the world made their way to Estonia. The programme included sessions in Tal Tech, field trips to various companies as well as bog trips and museum visists.
