The National Library of Estonia Joins the Estonian Convention Bureau – Event Bookings Now Open!
The Estonian Convention Bureau is proud to welcome a prestigious new member: RaRa – the National Library of Estonia!
Currently undergoing a complete transformation, RaRa is not just a library of the future – it’s an innovative meeting hub equipped with world-class event infrastructure alongside its traditional library functions.
Once completed, the renewed National Library will offer 58 versatile, bookable spaces with a total of 773 seats. The largest hall can accommodate up to 300 participants, and in total, events can be hosted across more than 24,000 square metres – a space designed for creativity, knowledge, and collaboration.
While the library officially reopens to the public in May 2027, event and conference hosting will begin as early as September 2025. Bookings are already open via korralda@rara.ee, and a dedicated booking page will be launched in May 2025.
In addition to inspiring seminar spaces, the building will feature robotics rooms, a video game museum, a jazz café, a cinema, a rooftop terrace, a book restoration centre, an education innovation incubator, galleries, a theatre hall, a 24/7 library, and much more.
Welcome to the ECB family, RaRa!
