Learning to sail provides once-in-a-lifetime thrills and is a great opportunity for team-building and incentives! This adventure takes place on Tallinn’s Kopli Bay, where professional skippers will instruct your group in handling BluSail 24 yachts. These keel yachts are safe and easy to sail, and the skippers are always on hand to make sure things go smoothly.

After your teams have mastered the art of sailing, or at least gotten comfortable with the ropes, you can even set up a little competition.
