Hands-on Off-Road Orienteering Safari with Vintage Jeeps
Ready for an epic adventure? Off-road jeep orienteering is the ultimate way to combine adrenaline, teamwork, and a little friendly competition. Picture this: you and your crew hopping into a classic UAZ jeep, maps and GPS in hand, and setting off on a safari-style hunt for checkpoints hidden deep in the wilderness. Each team’s mission? To track down as many of the 80 elusive checkpoints as possible—all while battling rugged terrain and the clock!
The rules are simple: 5 people per jeep, and everyone gets a shot at being the driver, navigator, or strategist as you take turns racing through the forest. Once your team reaches a checkpoint, validate the location, scribble down the secret password, and gun it toward the next target! The more checkpoints you find, the closer your team gets to victory.
With 3-5 minute intervals between team launches, it’s a full-on competition where brains meet brawn. There’s no time to hit every checkpoint, so strategy is key—smart planning will be the difference between glorious triumph and driving in circles. And don’t worry, nature lovers, the jeeps stick to forest lanes to keep things eco-friendly (though the bumpy roads make the ride plenty wild).
Who will come out on top? Only the best navigators and the boldest drivers will find out! Buckle up, rev those engines, and let the off-road orienteering games begin!
The adventure takes place in the Põhja-Kõrvemaa landscape reserve, about 40 minutes drive from downtown Tallinn.
