LOCATION

The 86-room V Spa and Conference Hotel is a new, high-quality offering in the centre of Tartu’s lively commercial district, just ouside the historic Old Town. Built into the area’s largest shopping and entertainment complex, Kvartal, the hotel is convenient to world-class retail outlets, several restaurants and cafés, and the V Spa, a deluxe water and leisure facility. Tartu’s inter-city bus station sits a few hundred metres away. There are five conference rooms that can accommodate a total of 600 people.

GUEST ROOMS

The hotel’s guest accommodation is divided into modern superior rooms, averaging 20 m², and romantic deluxe rooms, averaging 25 m². There are also two luxury suites. Rooms are furnished in accordance with the requirements set for four-star hotels, with soft woollen carpets covering the floors to create an atmosphere of homely cosiness. Allergy-free rooms with parquet flooring are also available.

MEETINGS & EVENTS

V Conference Centre located on the second floor of the hotel offers business clients 5 conference and training rooms and banquet halls equipped with leading-edge technology accommodating up to 600 people. The halls can be connected or used separately, allowing to prepare the most suitable room plans for events. The hotel can arrange coffee breaks, conference buffets, and formal dinner buffets for different sized groups.

DINING

The hotel’s restaurant, Joyce, specialises in the taste experiences of different continents. The restaurant sits on two levels and accommodates up to 120 people, which also makes it ideal for small special events, as every event requires a high quality catering service. Head chef Mihkel Manglus along with his team will offer maximum contribution. Coffee breaks, group menus, formal dinner menus, buffet menus, and gala dinner menus will be served at the conference centre’s lobby area or at the restaurant.

V SPA

Sumptuous relaxation awaits in the V Spa, the largest spa facility in southern Estonia. Its Sauna and Water Centre features 11 pools and Jacuzzis as well as a variety of saunas. Guests can become familiar with the customs related to each type of sauna by attending the sauna rituals held at pre-scheduled times. V Spa offers numerous massage and other treatments in addition to a fitness centre and a bar. The entire spa, and sections of the spa, can be reserved in their entirety.
